1. Scope and Purpose

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern access to and use of the Minerve AI platform, accessible via the website https://www.minerve.space (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").

Minerve AI is a sovereign and eco-friendly AI developed in France by Thibault Brun. By accessing the Platform, you fully and unreservedly accept these ToS.

2. Access to the Platform

2.1 Registration

Access to certain Minerve AI services requires registration. The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

2.2 User Account

Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and password. Any use of your account is deemed to be attributable to you.

2.3 Access Restrictions

Minerve AI reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke access to the Platform at any time and without justification, particularly in the event of a breach of these ToS.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Usage Rights

Minerve AI grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform services in accordance with these ToS and the subscribed plan.

3.2 Prohibitions

The user agrees not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or public order-violating purposes
• Attempt to bypass the Platform's security measures
• Perform any action likely to disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use the Platform to generate hate speech, discriminatory, or violent content
• Attempt to extract, copy, or reproduce Minerve's AI model
• Use automation or bots to interact with the Platform

3.3 Generated Content

The user retains ownership of the content they generate via Minerve AI. However, the user acknowledges that Minerve AI may use interaction data to improve its services, in compliance with the privacy policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform (source code, algorithms, design, trademarks, logos, content) are the exclusive property of Minerve AI or its partners and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of these elements is prohibited without prior written authorization from Minerve AI.

5. Responsibilities

5.1 User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for their use of the Platform and the content generated. They agree to verify the accuracy and compliance of content produced by Minerve AI before any use.

5.2 Minerve AI Responsibility

Minerve AI implements all necessary measures to ensure the optimal operation of the Platform. However, Minerve AI cannot be held liable for:

• Service interruptions due to causes beyond its control
• Errors or inaccuracies in responses generated by the AI
• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Platform

6. Modifications to the ToS

Minerve AI reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. New terms will apply as of their publication on the Platform. Users are encouraged to regularly consult this page.

7. Duration and Termination

7.1 Duration

These ToS are entered into for an indefinite period from the user's acceptance.

7.2 Termination

Either party may terminate these ToS at any time, subject to a 30-day notice period. In the event of a user breach of the ToS, Minerve AI may immediately terminate access to the Platform.

8. Personal Data

The processing of users' personal data is governed by Minerve AI's Privacy Policy, available on the Platform. Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the judicial court where Minerve AI has its registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
