1. Introduction

These General Sales Terms ("GST") govern the sale of Minerve AI services, accessible via the platform https://www.minerve.space (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

By subscribing to one of the plans offered, the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") fully and unreservedly accepts these GST.

2. Commercial Offers

2.1 Available Plans

Minerve AI offers the following plans:

2.2 Price Modifications

Minerve AI reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Changes will be notified to users by email at least 30 days in advance. Subscribers in their current period will not be affected before their subscription renewal.

3. Order and Payment

3.1 Placing an Order

The order is placed electronically via the Minerve AI platform. The Buyer selects their chosen plan and proceeds with entering their contact details and payment information.

3.2 Payment Methods

Minerve AI accepts the following payment methods:

• Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Card payment via Stripe (secure payment processor)

3.3 Payment Security

All transactions are secured by the SSL/TLS protocol and processed by our partner Stripe, compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Minerve AI never stores your full credit card information.

3.4 Billing

Billing is performed on a recurring basis on the subscription anniversary date. An electronic invoice is automatically sent by email after each charge.

4. Service Delivery

4.1 Activation

Access to services is activated immediately after payment validation. The Buyer receives a confirmation email with their access credentials.

4.2 Availability

Minerve AI commits to maintaining platform availability of 99.5% on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, consumers have a 14-calendar-day period to withdraw from their order, without having to provide justification or pay any penalties.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully performed with the express consent of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period.

6. Renewal and Termination

6.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month, unless terminated by the Buyer.

6.2 Termination

The Buyer may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period. No partial refund is made for the unconsumed period.

6.3 Termination by Minerve AI

Minerve AI may terminate a subscription in the event of non-payment, violation of the ToS, or abusive behavior. A 15-day notice period is granted, except in cases of serious breach.

7. Warranties

7.1 Compliance

Minerve AI guarantees that the services provided are in compliance with the commercial description presented on the platform.

7.2 Operational Defects

In the event of an operational defect, the Buyer must report the problem within 8 days of discovery. Minerve AI commits to resolving the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Data Ownership

Data generated by the Buyer via the platform belongs to them. Minerve AI may only use this data to provide the service and in compliance with the privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Minerve AI cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

These GST are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will strive to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the judicial court where Minerve AI has its registered office.
